Introduction

This section of the web site is dedicated to allowing the employer or recruiter, to search for candidates, consultants, review interviews requested on-line with the latest technology and post vacancies for your specific requirements, across all sectors at eRA.

There is no charge for accessing either service (except in Executives which may have some applicable charges for placing vacancies). Simply register and then follow the prompts.

Should you identify a candidate located from any of the sectors within this site, a charge as indicated in the pertinent Terms & Conditions, will be applicable.

If you locate a potential match, select their details and e-mail eRA with the reference details as supplied. You can post as many vacancies as you like, at no charge.

eRA is being positioned as a 'hub' for users (candidates, employers, recruiters, value-add service suppliers) with ongoing developments in making this site a user friendly, qualitative propositon, delivering high value, competitively priced services. (Vision Statement)

In addition you may wish to create a link from your website to eRA's and consider an ongoing priority arrangement ;

if you are an employer
consider eRA as a recruiter of choice, as part of your 'Talent Management' strategy and/or utilise the Migration and Visa support services to locate local, national and overseas talent

if you are a recruitment agency
Split Fee arrangement when eRA has suitable candidates to pass onto you and/or Migration support (Oz Migration) for a candidate you already have acquired, that needs professional support in getting to Australia
